PhotoHunt #21 - Aftermath

 

An ‘easy’ theme for this week. From the moment I see what it was, I knew which pictures to use…

We have had a great Christmas break with Gaby and the kids. I was able to take some time off, so we would do things together every single night after dinner; most of the times, we would watch a movie downstairs, but we also played board games and went out (the kids went skiing a couple times).

 

The immediate consequence of this excess of activity was that the kids were going to bed very late every night, way past midnight. It got even worse on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, when they went to bed at around 2:30 AM after having celebrated with a lot of excitement.

 

Then…

 

 

Un tema ‘fácil’ el de esta semana. Desde el momento en que ví de qué se trataba, supe cuáles fotos usar… (Aftermath = Repercusiones).

Tuvimos un break por las fiestas en el que la pasamos genial con Gaby y los chicos. Pude tomarme unos cuantos días, así que hicimos actividades juntos todas las noches luego de cenar; la mayoría de las veces, bajábamos a ver una película todos juntos, pero también jugamos juegos de mesa y salimos afuera (los chicos fueron a esquiar un par de veces).

 

Las consecuencias inmediatas de tanto exceso de actividad fueron que los chicos se iban a la cama muy tarde todas las noches, mucho después de la medianoche. La cosa se puso aún peor en Nochebuena y Fin de Año, donde no se fueron a dormir hasta las 2:30 AM o algo así, luego de haber celebrado con mucho entusiasmo.
