Day 9 in Bogotá

Bueno, por fin un día en el que pude descansar. De todos modos, me desperté a las 7:00 y me fui a desayunar temprano. Es feriado aquí, así que había muy poco movimiento. Pero como en Waterloo no lo era, estuve llamando a algunos de mis compañeros de trabajo para ver si me daban una mano con el problema que tenía, pero o no se podían conectar remotamente o no sabían que pasaba.
Me pasaron a buscar para almorzar y fuimos a un restaurante asiático en el que la comida me gustó mucho. Una vez en el hotel, salí a caminar por una hora y media y saqué muchas fotos. Miré el partido de Boca, fui a nadar y luego me puse otra vez en la computadora. Mientras hablaba con Gaby por teléfono, se me dio por reinstalar todo el software en la computadora de Windows que no veía la aplicación del server y voila! El mejor momento de mi semana aquí, cuando por fin todo funcionó; a partir de ese momento, envié algunos estudios desde mi laptop y me fui a dormir muy contento.

Well, finally a day in which I could rest. I still woke up at 7:00 and had breakfast early. It's a holiday today, so there was very little activity. Since it wasn't a holiday in Waterloo, I spent some time calling some of my coworkers to see if they could give me a hand with the problem I had, but either they couldn't connect remotely or they didn't know what was going on.
They picked me up for lunch and then we went to an Asian restaurant, whose food I enjoyed a lot. Once back in the hotel, I went out walking for an hour and a half, and I took a lot of pictures. I watched the Boca game, went swimming and then back again on the computer. While I was on the phone with Gaby, I decided to reinstall all the software on the Windows machine that couldn't see the server application and voila! The best moment of my week here, when everything finally worked; I sent a few studies from my laptop, and then I went to bed, very happy.
