Not exactly the best marketing strategy

The first time I saw this, I thought it was a coincidence. But then I saw it again, and again. I would say that I see this 90% of the times now.

Let's pretend you own a McDonald's; what would you say are your peak times? Lunch and breakfast, am I right? Let's put the lunch thing aside, and focus on the morning part. Would you say that the biggest affluence of customers would be between 6:00 and 9:00? I think so. Would you then put a GIANT truck blocking the drive-through everyday at around 8:00? You wouldn't, would you?

Well, it seems they would. This is the McDonald's on King and Columbia St in uptown Waterloo. I'm not exactly a fan, but every time I thought about buying a egg and cheese bagel, I went to the Burger King around the corner instead, because you cannot use the drive-through during the peak times of the morning.
