Paraphrasing a Kiss song "Detroit Rock City", I hereby declare Necochea (my hometown in Argentina) "Mobile City". I just read on today's EcosDiarios: "There are 62 mobile phones per every 100 persons in Necochea". Isn't that a little too much?
Oh, never mind. I just kept reading, and this gets ridiculous: look at the ratios for other provinces in Argentina... Santiago del Estero, 50/100 (OK); Tierra del Fuego, 118/100 (what?) and Chubut, 125/100 (WHAT???!!). The overall for Argentina is 92/100.
Now that's ridiculous!
