  1. Wow, that's kinda creepy. The other day, the sky was awful green around here. I thought for sure we'd have to run for the tub in the basement - but then a rainbow appeared in the heavens - it was amazing - a full one - all the way across!

Happy WW (although mine is not so wordless this week)!

  2. I'm glad that we missed it for the most part..brother in Halifax was bracing for some scary weather but I think that storm by passed him, too. Some of my friends out East weren't so lucky...

  3. Wow, that's scary. Hopefully not too close to home? Guess I'll have to come back tomorrow for the details. :)

  4. We don't have tornados here in Manila so I'm thankful that we don't get to experienced that.

Storms, typhoons and earthquakes are the common natural calamities that we have here.

    Happy WW!

  6. Wow Mommy wisdom, seeing a green sky is exactly what I remember when a tornado came with in a few miles of my boarding school in Arkansas, way back in 67-68. I saw what looked ike a funnel in Ca during a light rain a few years ago. Glad it never touched down. Who needs the devastation!

  7. Just a little advance: this happened last week in Durham and Vaughn (about 50 miles east from Waterloo).

No damage here, but it was pretty bad in these two places (unfortunately, there were fatalities)

  9. Glad to here it wasn't near Waterloo. But it is always said to hear that mother nature has taken someone from us.
    Have a good WW

  11. Man, I don't envy them! We get tornadoes here, but fortunately, they're usually far away from us. I'd like it to stay that way.

Mine's up . . . at last! Thanks, as ever, for linky love, my friend! :D

  12. That looks familiar. Did you get caught in a storm recently?
