For the past few days, I've been going out walking with Gaby almost every night after dinner. I'm still carrying my Agfa pedometer, so I could keep track of how many steps I take per day.

When we took the Agfa challenge we were supposed to have 10,000 daily steps, but there were very few times when I got close to that. This week, however, I averaged 12,000+ steps per day. Yesterday, for example, I had 13,933.

That's a lot of walking, and my feet are telling me that. But at least it's helping our diet. Gaby has lost more than 10 pounds since July 1st, and I'm in my low to mid-teens as well (though I won't know exactly how many until I check my weight on Monday morning).
