  11. We just had an incident in Tulsa where a young boy shot a girl in the chest with a gun. It is supposed to be an accident but they didn't call 911. They just dropped her dead body off at the hospital.

  18. So sad that you need a sign. I'm not sure if it does any good - like JorMig said, people don't even obey the signs that tell them simple things like don't litter or don't smoke in this area - but I guess it's worth a try.   21. The only place I swa similar signs was in Panama and and Salavador.Nothing like that in Canada, luckily...
