Musical Sundays #14 - The fifties

I haven't done one of these posts in a while! I grew up surrounded by music, why with my father playing guitar or just singing all t he time. He never knew a word in English, but could sing songs by Pat Boone, Tab Hunters and others perfectly, because he had learned the lyrics by pure phonetics. He instilled the love for the music from the 50's in me, so I thought it would be a nice idea to post a few videos of songs that he loved to sing, and songs that I still love to listen to.

No he subido un post de éstos en algún tiempo ya! Crecí rodeado de música, con mi padre tocando la guitarra y/o cantando todo el tiempo. Nunca habló inglés, pero se sabía las canciones de Pat Boone, Tab Hunter y otros perfectamente, porque había aprendido la letra repitiendo por pura fonética. El fue quien me transmitió el amor por la música de los 50s, y por eso es que pensé que sería una linda idea hacer este post con videos de algunas de las canciones que a él le gustaba cantar, y que aún hoy a mí me encanta escuchar.
