Now that's a beautiful example of Argentine slang. According to
wikipedia, it comes from the Italian fiacco -weak-, and we use it as a synonym for 'laziness'. We even had a movie in Argentina called "
La Fiaca", with a sequel called "
Yo también tengo fiaca" (I also have fiaca).
Boy, do I love to 'make fiaca' sometimes...
Note: by the way, I didn't find the word there, but once again, check Pablo's excellent weblog on
Argentine Slang. It's just fantastic (and all in English).

Slang argentino. Es simplemente fantástico (está todo en inglés).
Del diccionario Oxford.
