Silly Monkey Stories #200 – Tarzan drive safe

(En español más abajo)

Canada 20/Aug/2012 – Tommy (8)

Another fine contribution by Tommy, son of my blogbuddies Fede and Coty Lenkiewicz, authors of “De Córdoba a Québec”, as told by his father:

We were in the card this afternoon, when Tommy asked me:

- Dad, in the ‘60s or ‘70s, the seat belts in the card were more or less like they are now or were there like made of jungle vines?

Unbelievable… He’s talking about the seventies, when I had his age!

  1. Not only were seatbelts made of vines, but you had to drive with your feet.

  3. LOL!!! One time my mom had my boys with her and they were pretty little. She drove past the house we grew up in and mentioned that we lived there when my sister and I were little. He asked if that was before cars. Silly kids!!
