Healthy snacks

My son Juan had a soccer tournament with his school team today. They went to RIM Park and played four games, with 100% of consistency: they lost on all four.

I won't even discuss the idea of taking 28 (twenty eight!) kids to a tournament, so you have 11 playing and 17 fooling around. Neither will I talk about the fact that my son played for a total of 15 minutes (5 minutes, 5 minutes, nothing and 5 minutes). What really caught my attention was the choice of snacks that they had for this tournament (and I bet it wasn't the school's idea, but from whoever organized this):
  1. Water bottles (which were found everywhere after they were used)
  2. Potato chips
  3. Twizzlers! (this was the closest to a fruit we got)

And then we worry that our kids are getting fat. They run for 10 minutes, then they ingest about 500 calories...

It looks like my diet.
